2.Selecttheplaceinyourdocumentwhereyouwanttoaddacheckbox.

3.Clickthe"CheckBoxContentControl"buttoninthe"Controls"grouponthe"Developer"tab.

4.Thecheckboxwillappearinyourdocument.Ifyouwanttochangetheappearance,right-clickonthecheckboxandselect"Properties."Fromthere,youcanchangethebox'sformat,size,color,andotherproperties.

5.Youcanaddalabelnexttothecheckboxbyclickingonthe"LegacyTools"buttoninthe"Controls"groupandselecting"Label."

6.Youcanalsoaddmultiplecheckboxesbycopyingandpastingtheinitialcheckboxorbyselectingthe"CheckBoxContentControl"buttonagAInandplacingitinyourdesiredlocation.

Rememberthatcheckboxesareonlyfunctionalinelectronicversionsofadocument,suchasPDFandworddocuments.Printedversionswillshowtheboxbutwillnotbeinteractive.
