雪梨
Ingredients:
- 1 pear
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 cups water
Instructions:
1. Wash and cut the pear into small pieces, removing the core and seeds.
2. Put the pear pieces into a pot with 2 cups of water.
3. Bring the pot to a boil, and then reduce the heat to a simmer.
4. Cook the pear for about 20 minutes, until it becomes soft and mushy.
5. Remove the pot from the heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
6. Transfer the mixture to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
7. Pour the mixture back into the pot and add 1 tablespoon of honey.
8. Stir the mixture well and let it simmer for another 5-10 minutes.
9. Remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
