1、原因：可能是windows BlureTooth 服务不稳定。

2、解决办法：重新运行windows BlueTooth 服务——执行 win+R，输入：Services.msc，回车——找到 Bluetooth Driver Management Servcie, Bluetooth Service, Blue Support Service 3个服务重新启动。
