word文档打不开，并跳出框，发送错误报告或不发送，而EXCEL可以打开，不知道是为什么，总是安全模式启动

模板的事，把模板粘到，删掉，再打开就没事了，具体路径是C:Documents and Settings用户名Application DataMicrosoftTemplates一般为：C:Documents and SettingsAdministratorApplication DataMicrosoftTemplates里面的Normal，删掉即可
