新生儿肛门和直肠畸形

肛门和直肠畸形(malformation of anus and rectum of newborn)在新生儿期发病率为0.75‰，占消化道畸形的首位。男孩稍多见，有一定的家族关系。常以低位肠梗阻而就诊，严重影响患儿生命。
